Severine has been a vegan, vegetarian and a meat eater too. On the 3rd of March 2010 she had to stop eating meat for good as she was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer.

Severine had been eating meat on and off for years until she had a serious operation in 2000 when she nearly died. Whilst undergoing investigations she decided to make several life changes, one of which was to change her diet. Severine had eaten meat all her life but found that digestive problems, IBS and ulcers called for a big change!

Becoming vegan and vegetarian has made Severine more sensitive to green issues and she now feels very strongly about the planet and everything green.

Severine is now looking at reducing consumption of plastic as well. This is her next challenge along side replacing all products, cosmetic as well as clothing, in her house.
