The large scale exhibition is coming back to the Mosaic area next to the Birdcage bandstand during August 2011.
It’s August, summer is in full, unpredictable swing and the photo exhibition for Climate Connections is back on Hove seafront until the end of the month. Connecting people in Brighton and Hove with people living around the world, the project tells the stories of people who are affected by the changing climate and are doing something about it.
This is the fourth time that the exhibition has gone out in the city, and this time there are seven new stories. These include 76 year old tomato farmer Leyla from Malawi whose community has been transformed by irrigation and Year 11s from Patcham High School who made a splash persuading local businesses to save energy.
Come along and pick up lots of information about what is going on in the city. Every Sunday from 12noon to 3pm there will be an information stall next to the exhibition, an opportunity for you to meet people involved in the project.
